History & Heritage

This blend is built on Chinese green tea. China has the world's oldest green tea tradition, and green tea is still the most widely produced type of tea there. To make green tea, fresh leaves are quickly heated to stop oxidation, which preserves their color and fresh flavor.

Tasting Notes & Pairings

It never overpowers, which makes it a great choice if you're new to green tea and would like to try something flavorful. It also makes an excellent iced tea. Pair it with almond pastries, grilled chicken, or a cheese plate.

Brewing tips (general guideline): use 1 teaspoon (about 2–3 g) per 8 oz of water at 175–185°F, steeped 2–3 minutes. Avoid boiling water, which can make green tea bitter. Adjust to taste.
