Why Pumpkin Spiced Tea Belongs in Your Autumn Ritual

There’s something about the first real chill in the air that makes a steaming mug of tea feel like a hug.

Here in the Greater Boston area—and for tea lovers everywhere—October is peak season for bold, warming blends that cut through the crisp mornings and early evenings.

At Beantown Tea & Spices, we’re all about quality teas at the right prices, carefully sourced and (in many cases) blended by us. Today’s daily tea note is all about leaning into the season with one of our favorite fall standouts: Pumpkin Spiced Tea.

Why This Blend Shines in Fall

This warm and welcoming Pumpkin Spiced Tea is the perfect fall and winter cup. We start with premium Ceylon black tea, then blend in classic pumpkin spices—cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom—along with marigold flowers and natural pumpkin flavor.

The result is smooth, aromatic, and comforting without being overly sweet or artificial. It tastes like autumn in a mug: spicy, slightly sweet, and deeply satisfying.

Get your fall and winter day started with a nice pumpkin spice tea latte in the morning, or simply enjoy it black or with a splash of milk in the afternoon. It’s one of those blends that feels special every single time you brew it.

Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, marigold flowers, and natural pumpkin flavor.

How We Like to Drink It

•  Straight-up: 1 heaping teaspoon per cup, freshly boiled water, 3–5 minutes. Perfect on its own.

•  As a latte: Brew it a little stronger, add steamed milk (dairy or plant-based), and a touch of maple or honey. Dust with cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy.

•  Iced: Yes—it works beautifully over ice for those warmer October days that still sneak in.

Because it’s loose-leaf and 100% natural, you control the strength and the experience. No artificial flavors, no unnecessary extras—just good tea.
